We are looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable Specialist Cleaning Supervisor and a Specialist Cleaning Operative to join one of our mobile cleaning teams in the South East of England. Duties will include deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning (including stripping and polishing) and kitchen deep cleaning.
Experience in similar roles is essential, although training will be provided, and you will be required to use heavy duty cleaning equipment. Working hours are variable, with some weekend work and night shifts.
Supervisor
- Experienced in managing a team of 2 or 3 operatives.
- Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written English.
- Used to completing paperwork and sending daily updates.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Must be reliable and responsible, with a flexible approach to work.
- Salary £12.00 – £14.00 per hour
Operative
- Good verbal and written English.
- Good attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and responsible, with a flexible approach to work.
- Able to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Salary £10.00 – £12.00 per hour
