Over the weekend the Walkers team completed a deep clean and mobilisation for daily cleaning and high touch point cleaning at a new Covid-19 vaccination centre in Bishops Stortford.
The mobilisation was co-ordinated by Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust, and Walkers will be providing the regular cleaning and touch point cleaning at the site during the day. In addition, the team will be carrying out clinical cleaning and electrostatic spraying of all areas and the furniture each evening after 8.00pm, 7 days a week. This mobilisation was completed within 72 hours and the centre went live this morning.
The vaccination centre is a brand new school that should have opened last September, but because of the pandemic its first pupils will not take their places until September.
