As Walkers Cleaning and Support Services continues to grow, we are delighted to have appointed Rob Taylor as Quality Assurance and Training Supervisor. Rob has been part of the Walkers’ team for many years and will use his skills and experience to ensure high service standards are delivered consistently.
Rob will be responsible for auditing the work carried out and driving continuous improvement in standards with the operational team. He will ensure that everyone is up to date with training and aware of what is expected of them in their role. His troubleshooting skills will be employed to ensure that challenges are overcome and jobs completed safely and to the agreed schedule.
Rob commented: “I am looking forward to this great opportunity to ensure Walkers’ standards are maintained as the company continues to expand. I will be working closely with our teams and our customers to ensure that requirements are met efficiently and safely.”
